The project was delivered four months ahead of schedule, in spite of being situated 60 kilometres away from our primary base of operations. The building complex has been built such that it makes the best possible use of steel and concrete to arrive at such a beautiful looking structure in the locality. The Chapel in the project is an outstanding structure comprising of a sloping roof whose apex is at a height of 32’ 7”. The angle of slope is a steep 45°. The Chapel also has three numbers of architectural gothic beams within. The beams are continuously curving up to their tops starting at a height of 15’ from ground level”.
“Three other buildings in the complex also have a sloped roof with their tops tipping at 22’ feet height & having a sloping angle of 25°. We manged to complete the project ahead of schedule in spite of adverse weather condition. Location of the project deserves the respect because of the pristine naturally occurring green habitat surrounding it and justice done in the project site with class landscaping of carpeting and wooded vegetation. No efforts were spared in terms of execution of the project with the latest present technology and project controls. The concept and the reason behind construction of such a home for those few who are deprived of their own home at the fag end of their life and need a home as good as their own home” added Ujwal.
