Fr Paul D’Souza from the Diocese of Shimoga is no more
The Diocese of Shimoga lost another Priest, Fr Paul D’Souza (51). He hails from St. Peter’s Church, Gonibeedu, Chikkamagaluru.
He was suffering from liver-related issues for the last few years. Yesterday August 3rd he breathed his last at Fr Muller’s Hospital in Mangalore at 9:40 pm.
He was born on 10 December 1972 and Ordained priest for the Diocese of Shimoga on 04 May 2004. He served as Assistant Parish Priest of Sacred Heart Cathedral, Shivamogga, Parish Priest of St. Anthony’s Church, Sharavathi Nagar, Shivamogga, and as Parish Priest of Our Lady of Assumption Church & Manger and Correspondent of Assumption School, Hiriyur.
His funeral ceremony will be on August 6th Tuesday at the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Shivamogga, at 10:30 am.
