Kota Srinivas Poojary after visiting the KMC hospital and its protocol and procedures of treating the COVID patients, said, “BPL, APL card holding families, migrant workers, and those without ration card can take the treatment free of cost at the medical college hospitals in the district. The corona infected patients should show their Aadhar card at the medical college hospitals to obtain free treatment. “
Kota Srinivas further said, “The treatment in District Wenlock hospital will continue for the corona positive patients. The recovery rate in the district is very good, with more patients being discharged every day. People should not panic as the government is committed to protecting them”.
MP Nalin Kumar Kateel said, “There are several complaints against the private hospitals charging in excess to the Corona infected patients. If any hospital charges more than the government rates, action will be taken against those hospitals. “
