Gadinada Utsav 2023 Concluded in Dubai
Dubai: Gadinada Sahitya Cultural Academy (R) Dubai successfully concluded Dubai Gadinada Utsav 2023 on 10.12.2023 at Woodlem Park School Dubai.
A dedicated organization with true lovers of Kannada, who tirelessly work for the sake of uplifting the Kannada Language in the Border area of Karnataka, to seek the attention of the Government of Karnataka to long-term fight for the emerged border place with Karnataka State even though some place emerged with other neighbour’s state while forming separate individual language orientated state.
The programme was loudly inaugurated by playing traditional Chande by Abdullah Madumule Honourary President Gadinada Sahitya Cultural Academy, Treasurer Ibrahim Bajoori, President Ibrahim Khaleel, Secretary Amardeep Kalluraya were present on the stage.
Further stage program held under the presidentship of Sarvotham Shetty Abu Dhabi, Basavaraja S Horatti, Honourable Speaker of Karnataka Vidhan Parishad graced the occasion as Chief Guest, L Hanumanthaiah Member of Rajya Sabha, AKM Ashraf MLA Manjeshwar, Rabindra Kumar, Dinesh Shetty Kottinja, Somasekhara JS President Enmakaj Gram Panchayath Kasaragodu, Smt A. A. Aisha Perla Women Organizer Kasaragod,Harish Bangera, Sathish Poojary, Sandeep Mulki Social Worker, Abdul Salam Chewaru
Meantime GSCA felicitated Joseph Mathias with the Gadinadaratna award for Social Service, Ashraf Mantur Industry Sector, CA Ramananda Prabhu Muscat Economist Achievement, Sudhakar Rao Pejavar Samaj Seva, Dr Mallikarjuna S Nasi, Ashraf Karle, Shahul Hamid Tangal Malige, Asif Melparamba, Farooq Chandranagar Udupi, Dr Sibagatullah Sharif President Kalima Foundation Udupi.
Basavaraja S Horatti, Honourable Speaker of Karnataka Vidhan Parishad, said he will do the needful with consideration to uplift pro-Kannada activities in the Gadinadu area and appreciated the efforts and work done by the people.
Welcome speech was addressed by Ibrahim Khalil President Gadinada Sahitya Cultural Academy (R) Dubai Unit, Amar Deep Kalluraya Secretary briefed about the program and a vote of thanks was rendered by Vijayakumar Shetty.

Tea and lunch were arranged for all the Kannadigas who attended the program.
The hard work and coordination of the office bearers of the Dubai unit made Gadinada Utsav 2023 a grand success.
