Gonzaga School Celebrates the Culmination of Maiden Project
Mangaluru : St. Aloysius Gonzaga school celebrated the culmination of the project “NUTRILITE” on 26th June, 2019. Dr Santhosh T Soans, Pediatrician and H.O.D of A.J. Institute of health science was the Chief guest. Addressing the students he highlighted the importance of eating healthy food and maintaining good hygiene in daily life.
Rev Fr. Dionysius Vaz SJ, Rector of St Aloysius Institutions in his Presidential address advised the students not to waste food and spoke on the importance of having a healthy diet. The Principal Fr. Melwyn Lobo SJ appreciated the students for their whole hearted involvement in the activities and competitions held during the month.
The NUTRILITE project was held throughout the month with the aim of creating awareness on healthy food and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with various hands on and fun filled activities. Ms. Deepa Karkada, Ms. Shilpa Ballal, Ms. Anjana Kamath and Ms. Flavia D’Souza were the conveners who ably executed the project.
