Grocery Shop gutted in fire
Kundapur: A grocery shop in the old bus stand, Kundapur was gutted in a fire on Monday, January 30 night.
According to the police, locals noticed the fire in well-known Nayak grocery shop and tried to douse it but later called the fire officials. The Kundapur Fire officials rushed to the spot.
The fire soon spread to the entire shop. It took nearly an hour to bring the fire under control.
Fire officials suspect that a short-circuit might be the cause of the fire.
