Handbook on Rafale Scam a Movie directed by Congress Leaders, Trailer Released in DK – Jitendra
Mangaluru: “On March 16, MLC Ivan D’Souza along with some district Congress leaders released a handbook on the Rafale Deal, which is a big lie. MLC Ivan D’Souza does not get any issues to put allegations on the BJP during the elections. At the same time, I feel pity for the Congress leaders who without any knowledge of the Rafale deal are putting allegations on the BJP. This is a short movie by Rahul Gandhi and some Congress leaders. They have released the trailer of the short movie which is a big flop”, said the district BJP spokesperson Jitendra Kottari in a press meet held at the BJP office here on March 18.
Addressing the mediapersons Jithendra Kottari said, “The handbook contains all lies, and the public will not trust it. The Congress leaders do not have any issues against Modi so they are restless. When someone is in deep slumber we can wake them up, but it is not possible to wake up those who are imitating sleep. In 2014, the NDA government led by PM Modi came to power we have pro-incumbency governance in the country. The public is with the BJP and it is our achievement. The handbook has been released in the district office because Rahul Gandhi along with some Congress leaders directed this Brahmanda Rafale movie which is a huge flop. If there was any evidence of the scam in the Rafale deal, the Congress would have released it all over the country.”
Jithendra Kottari further said, “The Congress has asked 28 questions to the BJP but according to me it is not necessary to answer those questions. In the handbook, it is mentioned ‘I will not eat and I will not allow others to eat’, which shows that in the UPA government the Congress leaders will eat and they will allow others to eat. Congress has also asked, What had the BJP said and what has it done? BJP had assured to give good governance with a theme of Sabka Saath Sabka Vikaas which is for the people of the country and not like the UPA government which was for the minority community. Rahul always says Chowkidar Chor Hai, now the BJP activists accept Modi as the chowkidar and have started the Chowkidar campaign. We hope the Chowkidar campaign will be a successful one. Congress speaks about the security of the country but the entire world is looking at our country in terms of Security.”
Jitendra also said, “The Congress leaders are alleging that the NDA government did not fulfill any promises. Congress has also alleged that there is corruption in NDA government. Through GST 80% of taxpayers have increased. They say that people suffer because of demonetization and the NDA government led by Modi did not create jobs in the country. But the NDA government has created 4.5 crore jobs in 5 years. In the transport sector it has created more than 1.5 crore jobs, more than 1.5 crore jobs in the professional sector, EPFO and ESI sector 1.5 crore jobs and in the government sector, 30 to 40 lakh jobs have been created. Is this the handbook by MLC Ivan or the Congress party? Such cheap politics will not be accepted by the people. If you want to play politics, bring the truth in front of the people. The district Congress cannot find any issues against MP Nalin and they put false allegations on the BJP. In the coming elections, people will give a befitting response to Congress.”
When asked about one of the BJP worker opposing Nalin Kumar who has said that if Nalin is given the ticket he will commit suicide in front of the BJP office which has gone viral in the social media, Jitendra said, “I am not aware of it. I came to know about it only just now”.
When asked about the flyovers not being completed even after a number of dates have been changed, Jitendra said, “It is the mistake of the Navyug company. MP Nalin Kumar has informed the Union minister Nitin Gadkari and he sent the concerned officials to study the matter. The Union minister will take action against the Navyug company. Everyone is aware of the delay in completing the Thokkottu and Pumpwell flyovers.”
When asked about the safety of the country when documents related to Rafale have gone missing, Jitendra said, “The documents were misplaced and an affidavit has already been submitted to the court.”
