Harish Kumar Elected President of District Congress Committee
Mangaluru: “The President of Beltangady Block Congress, Harish Kumar has been appointed as the President of the District Congress Committee”, said District minister in-charge B Ramanath Rai in a press meet held at the DCC office here on June 27.
KPCC president Dr G Parameshwar has announced the appointment of Harish Kumar as President of the District Congress Committee.
Earlier Kodijal Ibrahim was the Interim President of District Congress after Ramanath Rai become the minister.
Minister Ramanath Rai handed over the appointment letter to Harish Kumar on the occasion. All the party leaders congratulated Harish Kumar for his new post as the President of District Congress Committee.
MLA J R Lobo, District Youth Congress President Mithun Rai, Ibrahim Kodijal, Padmanabh Naringana, Shalet Pinto, Vishwas Das, Naveen D’Souza and others were also present.
