It is organized by the Council’s two working committees focused on underserved populations and survivor-informed leadership.

The survivor-led organization is built on seven principles like a rainbow on the sky visible to the world with a vision, mission and passion on; consistency, continuity, change, creativity, courage, compassion and collaboration”, spoke Honorable Harold D’Souza.
