Harry Melling flaunts weight loss
London, Feb 20 (IANS) Actor Harry Melling, best known for playing chubby Dudley Dursley in Harry Potter films, recently showed off weight loss at a movie premiere.
Melling has everyone talking after hitting the red carpet looking different from Dursley – Potter’s cousin, reports mirror.co.uk.
Melling, who was only 12 when he appeared in “Harry Potter and the Philospher’s Stone”, was clicked at the premiere of his new movie “The Lost City Of Z”.
Now 27, he says his weight loss actually began while the Harry Potter franchise was still filming. He ended up losing so much weight ahead of the final two movies he worried that producers might want to recast his overweight character.
He said his weight loss began in 2007 while he was performing at the National Youth Theatre. His character was an old man.
