Heavy Rain Alert in DK, DC Announces Holiday for Schools and PU Colleges
Mangaluru: The district administration on August 12 has declared holiday on August 13, for schools and Pre University colleges owing to heavy rain.
According to the forecast by the meteorological department, there will be heavy rainfall in Dakshina Kannada district and the coastal areas on August 13. Keeping in mind the safety of the students, the Deputy Commissioner Sasikanth Senthil has announced a holiday for schools and PUC colleges on August 13.
