‘Helping Hands are better than praying Lips’, H2O Celebrates 6th Anniversary
Mangaluru: H2O celebrated its 6th anniversary at the Infant Mary’s Convent, Prashant Nivas, Jeppu on August 15.
The chief guests for the event were Dr Asha Jyothi Rai (Social Worker), Superior of Infant Mary Convent Sister Sylvia Fernandes, Sister Helen Fernandes (Administrator Spandana Trust), Victor Vas (coordinator Spandana Trust), and Bhaskar Kodialbail of H2O.
On the eve of its 6th anniversary, H2O opened its helpline 9113961232 for the purpose of collection and distribution of excess food from various social gathering in and around Mangalore to the needy.
Suraj Shetty briefed the gathering about H2O which is a noble initiative by a group of friends in Mangalore. Karthik Shetty welcomed the gathering and Kevin Nelson Vas delivered the vote of thanks. Rickson Fernandes compered the programme.
The Programme ended with the distribution of gifts to the kids.
