The Guests of honour for the launching ceremony were – MLC B M Farooq, Mangaluru City Corporation Mayor Bhaskar K, Nitte University Pro-chancellor Vishal Hegde, CREDAI Mangaluru President DB Mehta, MCC Corporators Naveen D’Souza, Abdul Rauf, A C Vinaya Raj, and Ullal Municipality Member Musthak Patla- and also joined on stage by – Hassan Mohtisham, a entrepreneur, Abdul Khader, the dear Uncle of G Shabeer, Premanand Shetty-BJP Opposition leader in MCC, among others.
The project ‘Landmark Oxygen’ was inaugurated by Vishal Hegde by pressing the remote button, while the other three projects – “Landmark Phoenix”, “Landmark Lexa Residential Apartment”, and “Landmark Ayush” in the same manner was launched by MCC Mayor Bhasker K, D B Mehta, and Abdul Rauf respectively. Addressing the audience, Mayor Bhasker K said, “This is good news for Mangaluru, where one project is inaugurated, and other three are launched, which will come up soon.
