Husainabba death case, High Court grants bail to SI DN Kumar
Udupi: The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday granted bail to Hiriyadka SI D N Kumar who was the accused in the Perdoor Cattle Trader Husainabba Case.
Hearing the argument, Justice Srinivas Harish Kumar ordered bail to SI DN Kumar. Advocate C S Jadhav represented on behalf of SI DN Kumar.
The Udupi district and sessions court on July 18 had rejected the bail application filed by eight of the accused including SI DN Kumar and Jeep Driver Gopal. After that, all the accused filed a bail application in High Court. The hearing of bail applications of the remaining accused is under process.
Husainabba was found dead mysteriously on May 30 in Hiriyadka and his family had raised suspicion of assault by the cattle vigilante group and the police.
