I have worked for all, not for any Particular Community – UT Khader
Udupi: Urban Development Minister UT Khader on Thursday, June 14 said, “I have never worked for any particular community. I have worked for all as a minister as well as the MLA. The Muslim community is not any one’s personal asset.”.
He was replying to the reporters at Udyavar over the comment of former minister Tanvir Seth that “U T Khader and Zameer Ahammed are unfit to become ministers, they are not the Muslim community leaders”. Khader said, “In the previous government, I had handled the Health and Food ministry without any black dots. During my tenure, I did not work for any particular community. People will decide who is unfit.”
“The Congress High Command knows what my capacity is. I have been very close to Tanvir Seth for many years. He has concern for me and I will pray for him during this holy month. I am not against giving ministership to anyone in the present government. The party high command will take the decision in this matter,” he added.
