Ideal’s Mango Sorbet is ‘More Than Aam’? Try One & Chill Out This Summer

Mangaluru: “I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream for Ideal Ice Cream”- and that’s right. And what other best Ice Cream flavours can you expect in Kudla other than from the stables of Ideal Ice Cream factory. As I walked into the office of Mukund Kamath- the Proprietor/Managing Director of Ideal Ice Cream factory, he was busy tasting a couple of new flavours that would be launched soon. “Before any new product of ours is put into the market it goes through various stages of tasting, reviews and ideas by our friends and well-wishers- and then only after we are satisfied with the quality of our new product we launch it,” said Mukund. And for the fact, Ideal Ice cream had just launched their new flavour of Sorbet named “Mango Sorbet-More Than Aam”- which had won the “Best in Class for Innovation” at the Great Indian Ice-cream and Frozen Dessert competition concluded at Gurugram (Gurgaon) recently.

Sorbet is a frozen dessert made from sweetened water with flavouring (typically fruit juice or fruit purée, liqueur or, very rarely, honey). Ideal “Mango Sorbet” contains Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango Puree, Sugar, Liquid Glucose and few other ingredients-but there is absolutely no Milk added, No added Fat and No artificial colours. So you can consider sorbet as a fruity frozen product with no dairy content, similar to Italian ice. Mukund also said, “Sorbet was introduced for the First time in the recently held contest, and coincidentally we had also created the sorbet flavour for the FIRST time- and we are happy that we bagged the prestigious award as “Best in Class for Innovation” for that product. And we were the only one to win that coveted award in that category. The Mango Sorbet is quite healthy since it has no fat and fewer calories for those health-conscious patrons of ours”.

Mukund Kamath -who recently has been the creator of “Bella Candy (Jaggery candy), “Swizzilla” ( a combination of Swiss Chocolate and Creamy Vanilla), “Panak Candy”, and other Ice Cream favorites, has now added one more innovative product to his credit- and holding a tub of “Mango Sorbet” for a photo shoot he was beaming with pride about this new product and also on the great achievement. And with the Ideal Ice Cream company slogan, “Milky Way To Your Heart”- no doubt that Ideal Ice Cream has reached millions of their customers locally, nationally and internationally- and by launching this Sorbet, right in time during the scorching summer days, it will surely quench the thirst of many and simultaneously reach Ice Cream lovers heart!

When asked what other new products that will be launched in the nearest future, Mukund Kamath who was little reluctant to leak out the surprise news, but anyways revealed that “Marzi Paan” (which tastes just like a Paan (Betel leaves) with stuffed frozen Vanilla Ice Cream) will be launched on December 2, 2017, for a Mehendi ceremony of his friends daughter, and then it will be marketed at all Ideal Ice Cream outlets; also on Dec 10, 2017, during the Rx-Cycle Rally which is held every year, a candy named “Aanbuli Candy” (made of Tender Mangoes) will be launched; and coming Saturday, 25 November 2017, iShake (thick milk shake) in variety of flavors will be launched at all the Ideal Ice Cream outlets.
