IFF Karnataka Chapter Holds ‘Sneha Koota – 2017’
Saudi Arabia: India Fraternity Forum Karnataka Chapter organised a fun-filled Family Get-together, under the theme “Sneha Koota-2017” at Al RushdIstirah Riyadh, recently.
It was heartening to see families including infants of all age groups arriving with great enthusiasm. Kids filled the place with joy and laughter all set for a great fun time. The Family Day Out began with the Qirath by Hasanulbanna.
IFF Karnataka Riyadh General Secretary Tajuddin Puttur welcomed the guests and gathering and explained the Vision and work of India Fraternity Forum.
The Programme was presided by IFF Karnataka Riyadh President Ismail Inoli, in his presidential speech he said that this event will strengthen the bond between the Indians residing in KSA. It will also create a platform to exhibit their hidden talents through various competitions and activities. The Forum is also encouraging the children and their parents to take part in the competitions which will also strengthen the family bond.
The programme was inaugurated by IFF Saudi Arabia Zonal President Basheer Inapuzha, In his address, he called upon Muslims and minority groups to unite and stand against fascist forces to overcome fear”.
Nazir Thumbe, Karnataka state committee member of Indian Social Forum Dammam was invited as the key speaker. He said, “BJP government which fails in all its promises is now tarnishing the image of Minorities and organizations by filing fake cases”.
Kundan Lal Gothawal, Regional Manager of Air India, Who was the Chief Guest of the programme addressed the gathering by calling Islam is the religion of peace and brotherhood, we should stand together to protect our Baba Saheb Ambedkar’s Constitution.
ISF Riyadh Karnataka Committee secretary Mubarakulla Bangalore, IgraF Riyadh Region president Salim Maulavi Kasimi, DKMO secretary Irshad Mani and Social Worker Mushtaq Kasim Yermal, Abdul Khader Deerah were on Dias. All guest were felicitated with a memento by IFF Riyadh chapter. Mohammed Naveed delivered the vote of thanks. Shareef Kabaka compered the programme.
“Bayalada Sathya” stage play was the centre of attraction of the event. The stage play highlighted the current situation in India. Also, there was a lucky raffle draw from Air India in which Nizar won the free return air ticket to India
Exciting and fun-filled games were conducted to engage the gathering and electrify the programme like Quiz, Tug of War, Race, Volleyball etc. were held. Prizes were distributed to the winners.
In volleyball KKR were the winners and SCC runners, in the tug of war Bantwal Guys were the winners and Batha Guys bagged second place. Ismail Inoli, Tajuddin Puttur, Ravoof Kalai and Naveed Kundapur presented the trophies to the winners.
