IInd Day of FMMC ‘Adrenaline’ saw Sports Activities and Battle of the Bands!
Mangaluru: The BIGGEST and LOUDEST Fest in the history of Fr Muller Medical College-Mangaluru named “ADRENALINE 2018”- an annual intercollegiate fest that brings together all the colleges in and around the state to an arena of healthy, intense competition gets better and better day after day with blast of fun and activities, and on the second day the Fest saw various sports competitions, and the night ended with the “Battle of the Bands”. The main aim of this Fest is to help students discover their hidden talents and enhance their skills.
The Fest also gives an opportunity to every single student to learn something, to create something and to be a part of something that unites all the students irrespective of their batches or their courses. All in all, ‘Adrenaline’ contributed to the renowned, truly wholesome Mullerian college experience. And ‘Adrenaline 2018’ marked the fourth run of the much-awaited event! With the cultural, arts and sports splendor by the participants from over 50 colleges spread across the state unleashed on stage/ground at the Fest, everyone enjoyed every bit of it.
Day 2- 22 February at Adrenaline, the annual Intercollegiate sports, music and arts fest organized by Father Muller Medical College was witnessed with more enthusiasm and cheer, with football, basketball and a heated games of kabbadi. The basketball tournament reached until the round of quarter finals, while the semi-finals will be conducted on day 3.(23 Feb) NITK boys team won in Kabbadi tournament. And that was just the sports!
Power packed performances were given at the duet dancing and elocution competitions! The day got a little more mad and a hundred percent fun with the mad ads and the pot pourri contests. Not one person was spotted frowning. Pencil sketching and poetry writing saw participation in plenty, with an exquisite display of talent. The evening had the perfect ending with performances by the band, “Sea-7”. The highlight of the day, undoubtedly remained the “Battle Of The Bands!” Each team, better than the other, left the crowd dancing, singing and even head banging to their music!
And with some exciting workshops – fitness, and photography conducted by well renowned, and handpicked of the best-the Day Two, was simply a blast! And Day three awaits with much more, where “Photography Workshop” by Pro Photographer Preetham Denzil D’souza on 23 February; and “Personal Makeup and Hairstyling Workshop” by makeup artist Saviona, also on 23 Feb.
And DO.NOT.MISS the pro shows, dance to the beat and lose yourself at the DJ night by DJ Clinton tonight (23 Feb) night at 7.30 pm, where Dj Clinton will belt out some of the best hits of Techno, R &B, Dance, Rock and Bollywood. And wait and,- wait for it- A band performance by “Clown with a Frown” all the way from Bengaluru tomorrow( 24 Feb) night at 7.30 pm. The ‘Mullerians’ of FMMC welcome you to the final two days of talent, possibilities and pure fun! Get set to live limitless, join them in the fun at Adrenaline 2k18!
