Indian film body bans Pak actors

Mumbai: The Indian Motion Picture Producers Association today passed a resolution to ban Pakistani actors from the industry in the wake of the Uri attack. “IMPPA in their 87th annual general meeting passed (a resolution that) no Pakistani will be hired by their producer members forever,” producer TP Aggarwal, the president of IMPPA, told PTI.

The resolution came on a day the Indian Army announced that seven terror launch pads were targeted across the LoC by special forces during a ‘surgical strike’ overnight in which heliborne and ground forces were used.

Producer Ashoke Pandit, a member of the IMPPA, said, “IMPPA paid homage to the martyrs who were killed in Uri. It therefore felt its responsibility towards the nation and passed a resolution banning Pakistani Actors & technicians in India till normalcy returns. For IMPPA, nation comes first.”

18 Army personnel were killed in the Uri attack. The decision came amid demands by various political outfits to ban Pakistani artistes from Indian films and performing here. Last week, Raj Thackeray-led MNS issued a 48-hour ultimatum to Pakistani artistes and actors including Fawad Khan and Ali Zafar, to leave India by September 25 or else they would be “pushed out”.

Recently the concerts of Pakistani singers Shafqat Amanat Ali and Atif Aslam scheduled in Bengaluru and Gurgaon respectively were also cancelled. Also, apparently Aggarwal has replaced the popular Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan from his upcoming film “Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana”.

Don’t believe in these Bollywood characters for a second. They sensed the popular mood and took this decision. These are the same people who were lecturing us the importance of peace talks and ‘cultural diplomacy’ EVEN after Uri attacks killing 18 soldiers. The same Bakra-Bollywood intellectual mafia is a total dishonest entity and they have been hoodwinking public for too long. Here is something that these lazy stenographers and Bollywood unknowns forgot to tell you: —-> Did you know that the current system in Pakistan doesn’t recognize the marriage between two Hindus or Sikhs? Ever since its founding, it only… Read more »

Hey Tooth Shaker,

Have you heard Aunty Hilarious Clintu speak about Paki nuke suicide bombers? Now, instead of simple-minded you breaking your boilerplate skull on 2,000 karodu roopaiyyah (YET to be disbursed) to mangalooru, 2000 year old later Israel, Murudu statues, white-shirts, dappa-meese, bakra dutta, Indian stenos, Swaccha Bharatha, water canals in M’lore, my PK job, etc, why not address the prime driving force of Pak – USA?

And hey, ANY updates on the ‘truth’ behind my ‘rejected Yumreeki bheeza’? 😉

Did you know that the current system in pak doesn’t recognize the marriage between 2 hindus or sikhs? – Tooth Shaker – Rampe.

Well, the sale of F16’s to Pak (if at all it comes through) by the US should address all that. You idiots through your mendacity wrecked havoc all over the Middle East. Lessons from Vietnam haven’t been learnt. More and more PSTD’s surfacing ALL over the US.

And this guy is more worried about white shirts, dappa meese, pilikula etc. jeez! See medical help. NOT the truth!

These days truth seekers other than ‘social media’ stopped reading newspapers. Pakistani lawmakers adopt landmark Hindu marriage bill http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/world/pakistan/Pakistani-lawmakers-adopt-landmark-Hindu-marriage-bill/articleshow/54545116.cms In a historic move, Pakistan’s parliament has passed the much-delayed bill to enable the country’s minority Hindu community to register their marriages. The first ever national law was passed on Monday after the draft was presented in the lower house or National Assembly by minister for human rights Kamran Micheal. While BJP government hell bent in India interfering in Muslim personal law, Pakistan approves Hindu Marriage Bill. I have no idea this gentleman is now marrying Pakistani bride or Indian origin?… Read more »

Taqiyya artist intentionally tries to ignore the difference between ‘recognizing marriage’ and ‘special treatment’!! Personal laws are a form of special treatment. On the other hand, Pakistan never officially recognized the marriage between Hindus or Sikhs. Imagine India not recognizing the marriage between Muslims or Christians ever since 1947!! Again, I can’t blame our friend – He is doing what he is taught to do!! The blame should go to lazy stenographers whose main job is to educate and spread awareness. The miserable failure of our media and journalism is quite unfortunate.

Truth seekers running from the truth published in our own print media. In his first response he wanted recognition of Hindu marriage in Pakistan. Now he is demanding ‘special treatment’ . When his own raja from ‘Jungle raj’ is deceived his own wife and remained married bachelor despite all marriage act in place he repeatedly left marital status column blank until supreme court gave the orders. I have no idea why this Sangh parivar member is so curious whose core objective is to remain bachelor to serve the society. Is he inspired by the Mohan baghwat baby factory to produce… Read more »
