Rajkot, May 3 (IANS) Delhi Daredevils skipper Zaheer Khan won the toss and elected to field in their Indian Premier League (IPL) match against Gujarat Lions at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium here on Tuesday.
The home side’s batting line-up will be bolstered by the return of in-form Aaron Finch, who replaces West Indian all-rounder Dwayne Bravo, who is out of action because of an injury. After losing to Kings XI Punjab in their last match, the hosts will be aiming to wrap up their home leg with a win.
The Daredevils, meanwhile, have dropped Carlos Brathwaite — the Man of the Match from the previous win against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) — and Shreyas Iyer and have included South African Jean-Paul Duminy and left-arm spinner Shahbaz Nadeem in their playing XI.
