Irresponsible Statement about Congress by Boje Gowda will Spoil his Image – Minister Khader
Mangaluru: “I am surprised about the statement of MLC Boje Gowda about the Congress party. Being an elected representative Boje Gowda should not give such statements about the Congress party. It will only spoil his own image because the Congress party respects everyone equally. The Congress party follows the constitution. I will discuss this issue with the party leaders”, said minister for Housing and Urban development and also the district minister in-charge U T Khader speaking to media persons at the Circuit house here on August 4.
U T Khader was responding to the statement of Boje Gowda “Neglecting Hindus led to the defeat of the Congress in the Assembly elections”, said, “Congress has never neglected anyone nor have we neglected the development of the district. The statement made by Boje Gowda is a black dot to his image, such statements will spoil his image. Boje Gowda is not from this district and he does not know much about the people of this district”.
U T Khader also said, “Instead of commenting on the Congress party, let Boje Gowda strengthen his party and work for the betterment of the people.”
