Is Yeddyurappa Director of CBI? – Madhu Bangarappa

Mangaluru: “The State President of JD(S) Kumaraswamy is suffering from lung infection and does not have any other problems. He is under medication and according to the advise of the doctor he is taking rest. Rumours about Kumaraswamy having heart-related problems are false. Kumaraswamy was supposed to attend a programme in Bantwal but due to some congestion in his lungs, he has been advised to take rest by his doctor”, said JD(S) MLA Sorab constituency Madhu Bangarappa in a press meet held at the circuit house here on March 4.

He further said, “BJP leader MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, had said that he will set the district on fire if the murderers of Hindu activists will not be arrested. We are confused whether the congress or the BJP is ruling the state since the recent bandh called by the Sangh Parivar on February 25 was successful. The law and order situation has completely failed. When the election is nearing the BJP and the congress are busy blaming each other. They bring religion in every issue creating fear in the minds of the people. The BJP is using the Billava youth to create violence. In the Home stay attack, the Billava youth were misled to create violence and sent to jail.”

Madhu Bangarappa also said, “Yeddyurappa is creating communalism, in the name of religion Yeddyurappa is dividing the state. Yeddyurappa does not have any morality to talk about corruption and religion, if he continues the same, the people of the state will give him a befitting reply. Yeddyurappa is involved in misleading the people through allegations on his opponents. What morality does Yeddyurappa have to talk about Corruption? He himself is involved in corruption and there are still cases pending against him in the court. Yeddyurappa is trying to divert the minds of the people by bringing out one after another scam. Congress is a sinking ship and there no need to speak about it.”

He further said, “In the forthcoming elections JD(S) will surely do good in DK because Dakshina Kannada has a strong base for the JD(S). We will form a strong core committee and work for the success of the party. The people of Udupi and Dakshina Kannada had supported my father S Bangarappa during the elections.”

Madhu also said, “Yeddyurappa is getting all the information from the CBI, I ask whether Yeddyurappa is the director of CBI to reveal all the inside information about the CBI. Yeddyurappa had once said that he is getting all the information from the “Times”, but before the Times had published the news, Yeddyurappa was saying that he has all the information about the diary.”

Answering to queries of journalists about the BJP being involved in corruption, and many leaders joining BJP, Madhu said, “Whoever has morality they will not join the BJP. Kumar Bangarappa, was in the Congress and later joined BJP. It is difficult for me to answer this question now. Those who are joining the BJP are rejected by the people, JP Hegde is a rejected leader, J D Naik and Kumar Bangarappa are also rejected by the people. Only the rusted leaders are joining the BJP and not the good leaders. In the coming days, Kumar Bangarappa will sit beside Yeddyurappa and answer to the media. He has the right to join any party but we need an answer as to what credibility they have. Even Yeddyurappa had quit the BJP and started his own party the KJP. Wearing Tipu Sultan’s cap he had criticized the BJP. I am not joining any party, the congress had also asked me to join the party but BJP had insisted me more than congress to join their party. I am not interested in joining any party than JD(S). D K Shivakumar forced me to join the BJP but it is my decision. In the state, JD(S) is the only party supporting its members to become leaders. I do not want to comment on the rejected leaders who are changing the party. Madhu Bangarappa will not change the party and will remain in JD(S). My party has given me the opportunity to grow as a successful leader.”

Former minister Amarnath Shetty, Hyder Parthipadi, JD(S) Youth President Akshith Suvarna, Vasanth Poojary and others were also present.
