It’s Mad, Mad, World Out There! ‘The Future PM’ Huchha Venkat Arrested for Street Nuisance
Mangaluru: He was a man who was anticipating to win in the last Assembly elections, but Lost- and he was a man who openly said during a press meet at Mangalore Press Club, that if he becomes an MLA or MLC, he would be the next Prime Minister of India. But all his dreams were shattered when he lost in the recent elections, gaining only a bunch of votes. Meet Huccha Venkat, an actor turned politician, movie star? Screen Writer, lyrics and Playback singer and a person who earned name and fame after participating in television reality show, ‘Bigg Boss’.
But this time Huchha Venkat is in the headline news for wrong reasons, since he was arrested by Jnanabharati station police in Bengaluru for being heavily intoxicated and creating nuisance on the street on Wednesday September 5 late night. As per police reports, Huchha Venkat, after walking out of a bar totally intoxicated after consuming large amount of alcohol, walked on to the road and started creating a scene. Getting little thirsty, he walked into a bakery to buy a soft drink, and bought a coca cola bottle. In the bakery, he came in arguments with a bunch of youth who were trying to clicking selfies in his presence- and Huchha who is against selfies, started abusing the youth and even tried to attack them.
While Huchha was getting more and more arrogant with the youth, people nearby called the cops and they arrested Huchha, who was attired in shabby clothes like a slum dweller- no doubt this guy is real “Huchha”and a psycho. Even while he was in the police station, it is learnt that Huchha was reluctant to answer any question posed at him by the cops, he only nodded his head. Sources reveal that this is not the first time Huchha Venkat has got in trouble with the law- he had been warned for his behaviour in the past, but he keeps on repeating his past acts.
Once he was evicted from the Kannada Bigg Boss house for assaulting a housemate. Later he got into trouble over remarks he made about Dr BR Ambedkar and was arrested by the Bengaluru Jnanabharati Police -he had made comments against Dr BR Ambedkar, the father of the Indian Constitution, when he was giving an interview to a Kannada TV channel. A complaint was filed against him under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Act and Venkat was subsequently arrested by the police. During the show to talk about women’s safety, the actor had said rapists should be hanged. When the anchor told him the Indian Constitution framed by Dr Ambedkar doesn’t allow for this, Venkat reportedly made disparaging remarks about Ambedkar.
