Jeff Goldblum, Karl Urban join ‘Thor: Ragnarok’
Los Angeles, May 22 (IANS) Actors Jeff Goldblum and Karl Urban have joined the cast of upcoming superhero film “Thor: Ragnarok”.
Goldblum and Urban have joined previously announced cast members Cate Blanchett and Tessa Thompson, along with returning stars Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston, in the new instalment, reports variety.com.
Mark Ruffalo, who plays the role of Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movies, will also reprise his part in the upcoming film.
Blanchett would play the villain Hela, Thompson would play a new hero, Valkyrie, Goldblum will play eccentric Grandmaster and Urban will be seen as Skurge.
“Thor: Ragnarok”, the third instalment in the “Thor” series after 2011 film “Thor” and 2013 film “Thor: The Dark World”.
The film will be directed by Taika Waititi.
