Joint Chairperson of Toyota Lanson Reeta Commits Suicide
Chennai: Nowadays we hear the entrepreneurs committing suicide due to financial crisis in the country. Recently the founder of Cafe Coffee Day Siddhartha committed suicide by jumping into the Netravati River.
Here is another entrepreneur who ended her life by hanging herself in the bathroom of her residence in Kothari Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai on September 12.
The deceased has been identified as Reeta Janaki, Joint Chairperson of Toyota Lanson.
It is learnt that because of the set back in the Automobile Industry and huge losses in the business Reeta might have ended her life. However, the exact reason for the extreme step is yet to be ascertained.
The Chennai police have registered a case and are investigating.
