Kalladka Violence, 10 cases filed 18 arrested
Bantwal: The Bantwal police have arrested 18 persons in 10 cases registered in the Town police station in connection with the Kalladka and Melkar incidents of violence and stabbing and produced them before the court.
The arrested have been identified as Ismail, Muhammed Qamal, Muhammed Imtiyaz, Zainuddin, Zafar, Muhammed Samad, Asif and Junaid. They have been arrested under crime number 143, 147, 148, 504, 333, 324, 353, 427, 153 (a) and 149 filed in the Bantwal Town Police Station.
In another case filed by Sirajuddin, the police have arrested Pradeep, Prakash, Kiran, Ganesh K, Lathish, Prakash, Jagadeesh, Kumar Laxman and Jagadish under IPC section 143, 147, 148, 504, 324, 153(a) and 34.
Bantwal Town Police SI A K Rakshith, Samad, Sirajuddin, Ibrahim Khalil, Ratnakar Shetty, Pavan Raj, President of Kalladka Sri Rama Mandiri Chennappa Kotian, President of Kalladka Muhiuddin Juma Masjid G Abubakar, Taranath and Vittal Police SI Dhananjay filed these cases.
