Karnataka Social Club-Bahrain hosts Pre-New Year Bash
Manama: In what could be termed as a prelude to the New Year, Karnataka Social Club-Bahrain held its Pre-New Year Party at its Manama premises with pomp and gaiety.
The event took off with a Pre-New Year parade with President Sunil D’Souza and the first lady Veena D’Souza leading the way with other members dressed in their colourful attire marching in gay abandon to the tune of Dj Francis. This was followed by a medley of Bollywood and western party songs as members seemingly “Rocked the floor”.
New Year gifts were then handed over to all the youngsters. A session fun party games for all the age groups ensured that everyone had something to cheer about.
A buffet followed as also a cake cutting ceremony for all the children who celebrated their birthday on that day.
The President thanked all the members for their support and for attending the event in large numbers.
