KCCI hosts a Awareness Session on ‘SME Funding- Role of Capital Markets’

Mangaluru: After the AGM meeting of the newly appointed President and Board Members of Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as a First programme of the new team, a Awareness Session on “SME Funding- Role of Capital Markets” was held on Friday, 12 October 2018 at thy KCCI Hall. The Session was jointly organized by KCCI with National Stock Exchange and National Securities Depository Limited.

Newly elected president of KCCI P B Abdul Hameed welcomed the gathering, and Vice President Isaac Vas introduced both the speakers, namely Hariharan Narayanan- Deputy Manager, Regulatory Department, NSE; and Thejas Narasimhamurthy- Assistant Manager, Karnataka Region, NSDL on two different topic – the former spoke on “SME-Funding-Role of Capital Markets”, while the latter spoke on “Mandatory De-Materialization of Public Unlisted Limited Companies”.
