KSCC Dubai holds ‘Dubai 30×30 fitness challenge’ at Al Mamzar Beach
Dubai: KSCC Dubai organized the ‘Dubai 30×30 fitness challenge’ at the Al Mamzar beach on October 18 at 7:00 am.
The Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum has initiated the Dubai 30×30
fitness challenge back in Dubai, an initiative to give 30 minutes of time to exercise for 30 days to make people aware of fitness.
In the beginning, Mohammad Ismail President of KSCC spoke about maintaining health and the month-long campaign initiated by the crown prince. He requested all the participants to exercise regularly and also provided some useful information on maintaining health.
The event began with jogging and exercise. In the KSCC Dubai Fitness Challenge-2019, about 150 people participated in the Dubai 30×30 fitness challenge.
Ziauddin, the KSCC club vice president welcomed the gathering. Club manager, Mohammad Shafi compered the programme. The remaining events of the campaign will be held at the same venue on October 25th, November 1st and November 8th and the grand concluding ceremony will be held on November 15th. The organizers have planned to conclude the event in a grand manner.
KSCC thanked all the participants for joining the first session and also requested all to participate in the upcoming events in huge numbers.
