Kundapur Tahsildar escapes with minor injuries after vehicle overturns
Kundapur: The Kundapur Tahsildar escaped with minor injuries when his Bolero vehicle overturned while trying to avoid hitting an Omni car coming from the opposite direction at Doopadakatte near Kandluru here on Tuesday, July 18.
According to the police, the Tahsildar G A Boraker was on his way to Kandlur, an Omni Car which was coming from opposite direction without any indication suddenly tried to take a turn. To avoid hitting the Omni Car, the Bolero driver suddenly applied hard brakes and lost control of the vehicle which overturned. The Tahsildar escaped with minor injuries. The Omni driver was also injured with minor injuries. Both the vehicles were also damaged in the mishap.
The Kundapur Traffic police have registered a case.
