Kuwait: ISF Organizes Free Health Camp
Kuwait: More than 250 expatriates including women and children received health check-ups at the Free Health Camp held at BADR AL SAMAA Medical Centre Farwaniya.
The event was organized by Indian Social Forum (ISF) in association with BADR Al Samaa Medical Center on Friday, 27th April 2018. This social initiative was a part of the forum’s ongoing efforts aimed at creating health awareness among expatriates especially the less privileged sections of the Indian community.
The Camp participants benefitted with free Consultation from Doctors specialized in General Medicine, Urology, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pediatrics, Orthopedic and Dentistry in addition to the free checkup comprising ENT, Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, Total Cholesterol, Liver & Kidney Screening.
The daylong event was formally inaugurated at 07:00 am by Usman Ali, President, Kuwait India Fraternity Forum (Tamil Chapter). ISF Tamil Chapter state committee member Eng. Ali delivered the welcome note. ISF Tamil Chapter President, Shakeel Ahamed elaborated the social initiatives taken by the Forum. Siccander Basha, Vice President, ISF Tamil Chapter delivered the vote of thanks and conclusion at the end of the camp. Kifayathullah, General Secretary ISF Tamil Chapter anchored the proceedings.
The Social Forum had congratulated the Doctors, the Staff and the management of Badr Al Samaa who rendered service and contributed to the camp’s success. At the conclusion ceremony, a memento was presented to BADR Al Samaa in recognition for their loyal service in the field of Healthcare.
