Land Trades ‘Insignia’ Receives CRISIL ‘7 STAR’ GRADING

Mangaluru: Land Trades Builders & Developers is proud to announce that ‘Insignia’, its completed project, has received the highest real estate project grading of ‘7 Stars’ from CRISIL. As per CRISIL’s definition, the ‘7 Stars’ grading indicates the maximum potential of a project being delivered as per agreed specifications and assured time.

In 2014, Land Trades became the first real estate developer of Mangalore to voluntarily adopt independent grading of its projects by CRISIL and Insignia is the fifth project to be rated by CRISIL. Earlier to Insignia, CRISIL had conferred ‘7 Stars’ grading for Sai Grandeur and Ourania and ‘6 Stars’ on Maurishka Palace and Atlantis.

CRISIL’s Star Grading (CREST) involves systematic independent assessment of quality based on an eight-point scale that is specific to the city, with ‘7-Star’ being the highest grading and ‘0-Star’ the lowest. The key factors evaluated in the CREST process are: Quality of legal documentation; construction-related risks; financial flexibility/viability of the project; project background and track record of the project sponsor.

Insignia is situated in the elite residential neighbourhood of Valencia, Mangalore. It comprises the Ground+7storey structure with 39 flats. The flats are of 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK having floor areas ranging from 705 sq. ft. to 1965 Sq. ft. Insignia was completed on schedule within 25 months and it was inaugurated on 19 May 2018.

Apart from its projects, Land Trades is also the only firm of Mangalore to enjoy DA3+ Real Estate Developer rating by CRISIL. The ‘DA3+’ rating indicates that the developer’s ability to execute real estate projects as per the specified quality level and within the stipulated time schedule, and to transfer a clean title is good. The rating reflects Land Trades’ sound marketing and development strategies, and moderate financial risk profile.
