If Shobha has Evidence of Roshan Baig’s involvement in Rudresh murder let she hand it over to cops – HM Parameshwar
Mangaluru: “Whoever is involved in the Rudresh murder case will be punished. If Shobha Karandlaje has any evidence of Roshan Baig’s involvement in Rudresh murder case let she hand it over to the police”, said the Home Minister Dr Parameshwar in a press meet held at the Circuit House here on November 7.
Responding to the mediapersons when asked about Shobha Karandlage having evidence of Roshan Baig’s involvement in the Rudresh murder case Dr Parameshwar said, “If Shobha has the proof of anyone’s involvement let her submit it to the police. No one is above the law. If she will not submit the evidence we will take action against her too”.
Dr Parameshwar said, “If anyone will be murdered, be it congress party worker, BJP, RSS, JD(S) or any other organization, we will consider as a murder and we will take action against those who involved. In Rudresh murder case, the investigation is on and I do not want to predict anything. Police are investigating the case. Without any evidence or proof, one should not put any allegation on anyone”.
Dr Parameshwar also said, “On November 19, the Birth Centenary of former Prime minister Indira Gandhi will be observed at the Nehru Maidan. More than one lakh congress party workers from Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Kodagu, Chikkamagaluru, Shivamogga and Uttara Kannada will attend the programme. Chief minister Siddaramaiah and all the ministers, AICC general Secretary Digvijay Singh, Mallikarjuna Kharge, Oscar Fernandes, Veerappa Moily, Janardhan Poojary, Hariprasad, Shantharam Nayak, AICC and KPCC office bearers will be attending the programme”.
The Birth Centenary of Indira Gandhi will be celebrated for one year. Indira Gandhi has contributed a lot to the development of the country and we need to bring awareness to the students. In this connection seminars, workshops, and various programmes will be held in schools and colleges.
