Lindsay Lohan wants to record new album
Los Angeles, June 25 (IANS) Actress Lindsay Lohan is planning to record a new album after “A Little More Personal (Raw)”, which released in 2005.
Lohan, who debuted as a singer with the album “Speak” in 2004, said that she has to record another album for Universal or Motown, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
“I have to record another album for Universal or Motown. And I will. With that being said, my sister is signed to EMI. She’s recording a record, and out of respect for her and her true career choice — which is all she wants to do is make music, and her voice is like Etta James meets Adele,” said the “Mean Girls” actress on the online chat app Synaptop live chat.
“I want to respect her in that lane and stay in my lane working with children and creating films and writing and directing,” the 29-year-old added.
Lohan also added that she will sing in her films but wants her sister to sing in them as well.
“I will sing in my films, but I want her to sing in them as well. So, as much as I want to sing every day, I don’t want my sister to hate me. I want her to sing with my friend Parson James at my birthday. I’ll be 30 this year, and I want her to sing at it. I’m scared to ask her. She’s so kind of nervous about it, but she’s really good,” she said.
“She has a Soundcloud song called ‘The devil inside’. She has a beautiful voice and she’s a beautiful person. She’s a Buddhist and she’s really spiritual and I just really admire her,” Lohan added.
