Mangalore: In a commendable act of bravery, a local swimmer swiftly intervened to rescue a young woman who jumped from the Someshwara Rudra Rock at Ullal. The incident took place in the early afternoon hours, drawing attention from onlookers and local authorities.

 

The young woman, living in a rented house in Muduru, is currently pursuing her degree at a college in Mangalore. Eyewitnesses reported her jump, which appeared to be impulsive, raising immediate concerns for her safety.
