Losing Our Soldiers is Black Day For Us – Actor Puneeth Rajkumar
Udupi: Powerstar Puneeth Rajkumar visited Udupi Sri Krishna Math on Saturday, February 16.
Puneeth Rajkumar visited the Temple and made a darshan of Lord Sri Krishna and also met Vidyadeesha Theertha Swamiji of Paryaya Palimar Math. The Swamiji honoured him during the visit.
Later speaking to media persons Puneeth Rajkumar said, “Losing the brave hearts of our nation is a black day for all the citizens. Every individual should feel proud of our soldiers who are protecting the country”.
Puneeth further said, “Mandya has lost its brave son, H Guru belonging to the 82 Battalion of the CRPF, in the ‘fidayeen’ attack near Srinagar on Thursday, February 14. We are not able to do anything now, but can pay our tributes to our brave hearts. This is not the time to put allegations against the governments. We should all join hands to protect our nation”, he said.
