LPG Tanker Rolls Over at Nanthur Junction
Mangaluru: An LPG tanker rolled over at Nanthur Junction here during the early hours of November 21.
According to sources, at around 3:45 am the tanker which was coming at high speed from KPT while taking a turn to the left at the Nanthur junction lost control and rolled over.
The driver has sustained minor injuries and is being treated at the A J Hospital. The DCP crime and traffic Uma Prashant, DCP law & order Hanumantharaya along with other police personnel reached the spot.
Two fire engines were present at the spot to take care of any untoward incident. Troad was closed for traffic and the area was cordoned off for safety reasons. A case has been registered in Kadri Traffic police station.
