Lucky Escape for Driver as car Hits Divider in Udupi
Udupi: A car driver had a providential escape in the early hours of Friday, September 6 after the car he was driving hit a divider before coming to a halt.
The accident took place on NH 66 Flyover near Hotel Sharada International.
According to the police, car driver Anand Padmanabhan was driving the car to Udupi from Santhekatte. The driver of the speeding car lost control, hit the divider and a street light pole before coming to halt. The impact was such that the car was totally damaged, luckily the car driver escaped with minor injuries. The Local auto drivers shifted the car driver to KMC hospital.
Udupi Traffic Police visited the spot for investigations.
