Lucky Escape for Driver as Car Rams into Bus at Milagres
Mangaluru: A car driver was lucky to escape without any injuries after his car rammed into a bus at the Milagres bus stop here, on June 7.
Speaking to mangalorean.com, the driver of the car, Zainuddin from Bajal, said, “I was on my way to Hampankatta. When I reached the Milagres bus stop, I saw passengers alighting from the bus. I had applied the brakes but the car moved forward and rammed into the bus. Fortunately, I escaped unhurt.”
The Mangalorean.com team present at the spot immediately informed the police and also helped to control the traffic at Milagres until the police arrived at the spot.
