So where is the so-called strict law that was introduced after the horrific Maruti Van accident at Trashi Kundapur when so many small school children perished due to the negligence of a local private bus,

How can Rickshaw and Minivans still transport illegally school going children?

Certainly, the Traffic Dept. is responsible for such incidences. They should be vigilant and catch all those transporting school children, in Udupi and Mangalore and it’s districts, without a legal licence and a proper transport vehicle. May God save all children from such shallow laws and authority.
