Man Attacked by Leopard while sleeping in Shirva
Udupi: A 55-year-old Bihar man was injured after he was attacked by a leopard in Kallottu near Shirva on March 24 night.
The Injured person is identified as Surendra (55), a native of Bihar. He works as a daily wage worker in Shirva.
According to the police, on Sunday night while Surendra was sleeping in the veranda of his owner’s house, a leopard attacked him.
Surendra was severely injured in the attack and was shifted to the District Hospital Ajjarkad, Udupi.
After receiving the information Forest officials visited the spot.
