Man damages Crosses and Graves at CSI Church Cemetary
Udupi: The Kaup police arrested a man for damaging the crosses and graves at the CSI Chirstha Mahima Church Cemetary Manipura near Moodubelle here on August 10.
According to sources, on August 10, Nagaraj damaged the crosses and graves at the CSI church Cemetary in Manipura, Moodubelle. Asha a member of the church brought the incident to the notice of the Church authorities. As soon as the Church authorities received the call from Asha, the management committee members rushed to the graveyard, they saw a man damaging the cross as well as the graves.
Nagaraj, seeing the management committee members fled from the spot. In this connection, the church management committee filed a complaint against Nagaraj in the Kaup Police station.
The Kaup police in a swift action arrested Nagaraj on the same night and are investigating the case.
