Man Hacked to death in broad daylight at Hiriyadka
Udupi: In a shocking incident, a man was hacked to death in broad daylight by a group of unidentified persons at Hiriyadka here on September 24.
The deceased has been identified as Kishan Hegde, a resident of Inna, Padubidri. As per the primary reports, Kishan Hegde was involved in many crimes.
According to sources, Kishan Hegde was attacked by a group of unidentified persons with a machete. When Kishan was trying to escape from the assailants, he fell on the ground. The assailants repeatedly assaulted him Kishan killing him on the spot.
Udupi DySP Jaishanker and Hiriyadka Police rushed to the spot. It is suspected that enmity led to the murder. The Udupi police are investigating the incident from all angles.
