Man Stabbed to Death by Unidentified persons in Bailur
Udupi: A middle aged man was stabbed to death by unidentified persons, near Vasuki Nagar, Bailur here on November 23.
The decased has been identified as Vasanth Kumar, a resident of Vasuki Nagar, Bailur under the Udupi Town Police Station limits. He was residing with his sister Uma.
On November 23, when Vasanth Kumar was alone at home, some unidentified persons barged into his house and stabbed Vasanth. After committing the crime the accused fled from the spot. Injured Vasanth Kumar screamed for help. People from the nearby church and neighbours rushed to the spot and shifted him to the hospital. But Vasanth breathed his last in the hospital.
A case has been registered in the Udupi Town Police Station.
