Mangaluru: The inauguration of ‘Sai Prem’, a premium apartment cum commercial project promoted by Land Trades Builders and Developers, was held at Mannagudda here on April 10.
CMD of Karnataka Bank, P Jayaram Bhat, inaugurated the newly completed project Sai Prem by cutting the ribbon.
The programme began with an invocation. The programme was inaugurated by Jayaram Bhat along with other dignitaries. Chairman of Land Trades, Srinath Hebbar, welcomed the gathering.
Addressing the gathering, Jayaram Bhat said, “So far, Hebbar has built many quality buildings with all the modern amenities which have brought glory to Mangaluru city. Sai Prem is a unique project of Land Trades featuring imaginative and distinctive design which is inspired by colonial architecture and the place where the building is located is easily approachable. In construction, there is no compromise with the quality, Hebbar is not constructing buildings to make money, but he is always constructing the buildings according to the requirements of his clients. We are very proud be the bankers for Land Trades.”
MLA J R Lobo, in his presidential address, lauded the contribution of Hebbar through Land Trades to the society. He said, “Hebbar is constructing quality buildings with all the modern amenities and handing them over to the clients on time. He not only builds quality buildings, but also play a vital role in the development of Mangaluru city.” Lobo also said that when a person does projects with transparency, he should not be deprived from obtaining clearance certificate. Sometimes when the government is taking up the road widening work, people are not ready to give their land. He urged the people to join hands with the government for the total development of Mangaluru city.
Former Mayor M Shashidhar Hegde, Corporator Jayanthi Achar and Leader of the Opposition in the city corporation Sudhir Shetty also spoke on the occasion.
