Mangalorean propagates techniques for self-growth and development

Mangalorean Raymond D’Souza, a longtime resident of Urwa, has commenced unique self-motivating mind renewing programmes for all categories of people at different levels tailored to their respective needs. He has held sessions at Bejai and Neermarga.

A well travelled and experienced senior businessman, Raymond uses his knowledge for the benefit of the people of Mangaluru and surroundings, without any specific expectation of returns. He is back after 40 years of exposure in the international arena. So, far his main focus has been giving 2-hour sessions to students. The enthusiasm and response created in the large group of teenage boys and girls was amazing. The teachers and management present too pro-actively participated.

Raymond D’Souza says that his unique technique of “positive thought and self-suggestion” can trigger a “paradigm shift” and help one in achieving their desired visualised results in life. In the case of students, they will absorb studies 100% and score distinctions by the “universal law of attraction” and “power manifestation training of mind and body”. These are simple visualisations in the mind and control of the subconscious, which controls 90% of human life, development and well-being.

The school principal and teachers present expressed their appreciation and said it is sure to help the participants. They said the self-confidence created will serve to prevent abuse and the leadership qualities will serve the young all through life and contribute to the good of society and country.

Raymond D’Souza is willing to give sessions to different types of interested groups, like college/school students, all levels of teachers, businessmen, professionals, wellness groups, admin officials, club members and so on, which will go a long way in changing civil society if practised adequately. He has already conducted sessions for several groups. He conducts the programme in English and/or Kannada with useful and interesting PowerPoint displays in English. He plans to have a training centre around his home too in the future. Raymond D’Souza can be contacted at dsouzaroy5@rediffmail.com.
