Mangaluru: A 28 year old man died in a train mishap at Farangipet here on May 20.
The deceased as been identified as Ashok Kulal (28), a resident of Thumbe.
According to the police, while Ashok was crossing the railway track a train passing by at the time hit him. The impact was such that his entire lower half was severed.
The body has been sent for an autopsy. A case has been registered in the Railway Police Station.
