“Industries should be shifted to one particular place”

Why? Walk-to-work is not important?

“Government offices should be shifted to one particular place.”

Fine. But don’t force people to travel too much distance to get services. Have multiple government service centers spread across city and district and also make services online.

Recently Union Woman and Child Development Minister Ms. Menaka Gandhi, who is also daughter-in-law of Gandhi-Nehru dynasty, stated that India is a major contributor to global warming. She also said that coal, animals (food habit) and rice are major contributors to methane production and hence climate change. (I don’t know why did she leave out crude oil). In this regard I want to know how smart Mangalore has proposed to bring down methane production & hence carbon foortprint of Kudla?
