Mangaluru: Revati Salian (60), resident of Meenakaliya in Baikampady, became a victim on the sidelines of a fierce fight between two bulls on Wednesday evening.
She was returning home after buying provisions from a shop. Two bulls had just fought with each other and one of them is said to have fled. Still in rage, the winner bull spotted Revati passing at the distance and turned its attention towards her.
Charging at her with brute force, it poked her with her horns and reportedly threw her over a distance of ten feet. She got severely injured in the back.
Immediate residents rushed her to a hospital but she was found dead on arrival.
