Land Trades rapid growth over the years, evident in their unbroken track record of successful projects, is a glowing testimony to their intrinsic strength as a professional service provider focused on delivering optimum customer satisfaction. Desirable locations, architectural brilliance, engineering excellence, quality construction and timely completion of projects have enabled them to emerge as the first choice the purchase of flats in Mangaluru. Apart from being an ISO 9000:2008 certified organization, Land Trades are also the first builders in Mangaluru to avail independent quality audit and quality certification by CRISIL, the reputed international rating institution. Land Trades has now added another feather in their cap by launching “Rehoboth”, a residential project which speaks of quality par excellence.

Land Trades” Rehoboth” is one of the popular residential developments in Bejai, neighborhood of Mangaluru. It has lavish yet thoughtfully designed residences in 2 Blocks, with 18 apartments, which are completely sold out. “Rehoboth” was inaugurated by MLA J R Lobo by cutting the ribbon, and then lighting the traditional lamp along with other dignitaries namely- Anantha Krishna- Chairman, Karnataka Bank Pvt Ltd; Prakash Salian- Corporator, Sashidhar Hegde- Ex-MCC Mayor; Lancelot Pint- Corporator, Lancy D’Souza- CEO of Land Trades and others.

Addressing the gathering, JR Lobo said, ” Small is always beautiful and better. Rehoboth is a small project with 18 apartments, and its always nice to have few apartments in a block, so that residents can know each other and mingle with each other. In mega projects, where there are over 100 apartments, the residents don’t know who their neighbour is, and its very hard to know everyone. As always Shrinath Hebbar, the MD of Land Trades has once again kept his promise in completing this project in due time, with quality par excellence. Its nice to see quite a few apartments in Mangaluru, which is a good sign of growth. Civic problems do arise, but citizens should be cooperate with the authorities to solve any problems- patience should be there among the citizens. I wish all the residents who are moving into the 18 apartments in “Rehoboth” a pleasant and happy stay, and also wish Land Trades all success in the upcoming residential and commercial projects”.

Ananth Krishna in his speech said, “I have seen this apartment coming up in less that one-and-a-year, since I live very close by. Smaller residential apartment is always a good sign, and Bejai should be proud to have this beautiful and unique apartment. Karnataka Bank and Shrinath Hebbar have very close relationship through business- the bank is always happy to lend money to projects undertaken by Land Trades, for the reason they repay the loan very promptly- and that’s a good sign of business relationship. I wish Shrinath Hebbar all success in his future endeavours/projects”.

Corporators Salian and Sashidar Hegde also spoke and complimented Shrinath Hebbar and Land Trades for their contribution in the field of real estate, and building development in the community. The function was professionally compered by Madhu Mailankody, who at the end of the formal function reminded the audience to grace the 25th project of Land Trades-“Maurishka Palace” located on Kadri-Kambla Rd on 29 May 2015 at 5pm.
